'Charming old property, but poorly maintained. Issues during our stay: one of two ceiling light/fans didn't work; fridge had a loud high-pitched noise and a persistent smell despite being empty; no toilet paper holder; towels had visible stains; shower curtain was dirty; no hand soap; arcade machine in the play area was broken; keypad lock was unreliable, often took several tries; TV only worked if you logged into your own streaming accounts. Dealing with property management felt bureaucratic...

'This was a great stay. The house is larger than expected, with the rooms laid out in such a way that gives everyone a bit of privacy. The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, including complimentary shampoo and conditioner, which I had forgotten to bring. The host is friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely bring my family there again if we ever visit Drumheller in the future. 10/10 experience'
