'Love everything about my stay. At check-in, Michelle was very kind. My room was not ready (of course, I was way too early) but luggages were already delivered to my room upon coming back later in the day. The room was spotless and spacious for a "studio". Washing machine and dryer were powerful. Bed was soft but feels like cocooning once I settled in. And shouldn't forget about the bath amenities, good quality, and in the convenient package rather than the huge bottle nowadays. Last but not...

'객실과 뷰가 정말 환상적이었음. 오페라 하우스 뷰는 정말 평생잊지 못할 경험이었다. 차에서 내리면 직원들은 모두 친절했다. 감기에 걸렸는데 따뜻한 물을 요청했고 바로 가져다주었다. 또한 채크인을 빨리해주었고 루프탑 수영장도 하버브릿지 바로 아래라 좋았다. 다만 수질은 좋지 않아보였다. 건물이 오래되었으나 관리눈 잘된 편이다. '

'Wow. This is how it should be. The only negative thing I can come up with is that they didn’t mention that the restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival. Rooms are spacious and have all you need, incl. free mini bar. Also lots of amenities are free and delivered to your room. Breakfast is very well. Very friendly personal. Free washing facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are perfect. This is the best hotel we stayed in during our 7 month vacation. '
