'I stayed here for 2 nights. High expectations due to rating of 9,8 and price of 750Euro for 2 nights In that respect, It was a disappointment. It’s a nice hotel, central, okish. Staff very helpful and friendly….but few When I arrived , I thought it was a mistake. Its among many hostels, and outside/entrance reminded me of a boutique small hotel/hostel.. I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...

'Fijn hotel in Woolloomoloo. Was hier in 2018 voor het eerst en had toen een hele mooie ervaring. Dat was het nu ook. Echter de tijden zijn veranderd. Nog steeds een zeer aan te bevelen hotel. Ietwat aan de prijzige kant, maar daar krijg je ook een mooie ervaring voor terug. Gelegen vlakbij de Botanische tuin, Potts Point en National Art Gallery in een rustige buurt van Sydney.'

'The location was amazing but also led to the downside of my stay. I stayed 8 nights for a work trip and whilst I loved the small kitchenette and living area, I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, the temperature hard to control properly (woke up cold repeatedly), and the street noise from the light rail, sirens, and general street noise (roadworks, people socialising) woke me often. I thought I’d use the pool but didn’t (is is next to and visible from reception). My fav pick for Sydney CBD...

'Things got stolen on two occasions. I asked the staff to check the cctv and they seemed very reluctant and then agreed to. They said where I was located was the one area they don’t have cctv. Overall I felt quite unsafe when staying there and the staff didn’t take my concerns very seriously at all, I think because they’re all travelling themselves and staying at the hostel. It doesn’t seem like there is any authority or professionalism. Other things. No towels to rent, but then saw others...

'Loved the location of this hotel, easy to get to everything you wanted.. the tram, underground and a half hour walk to the harbour. Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms/bed, and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel!'
