'Staff were very professional and friendly, lovely clean room that was modern and inviting, great area in level 22 for nightly drinks and food if wanted, and excellent breakfast and coffee on level 22. Didn’t use pool but looked nice. Overall very good stay and would book again. Had no issues with noise as some others have stated but we were on level 20. Stayed on 19th Jan 2026.'

'Was an absolutely amazing experience staying for a milestone birthday. Recognised for my Bonvoy status even though it was booked through a third party platform and upgraded to a suite with a partial harbour view. Was lovely having a beer on the patio looking over the gardens and harbour. Surprised with balloons in the room with cake from Chef. Then later surprised again with more sweet treats and candle with the staff singing happy birthday when I went to the club lounge for pre-dinner...

'Wow. This is how it should be. The only negative thing I can come up with is that they didn’t mention that the restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival. Rooms are spacious and have all you need, incl. free mini bar. Also lots of amenities are free and delivered to your room. Breakfast is very well. Very friendly personal. Free washing facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are perfect. This is the best hotel we stayed in during our 7 month vacation. '
