'As the description says, this is a tiny cabin. But we found it plenty spacious for two adults for two nights -- we could have spent a week there. The gas grill on the porch was a very nice amenity and the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking necessities. It's very convenient to Grayson Highlands which was more beautiful than expected. Places to eat and shopping are pretty limited so it's probably best to stock up on food and drinks on your way in.'

'This. Place. Is. Awesome! The pictures do not do it justice. Amazing location far from civilization. Great place to go to unplug. I wish we would have had more time to spend there but we were just passing through and only stayed one night. Whether you want to do your best impersonation of Henry David Thoreau or get back to basics with the kids you cannot go wrong with this property. The owner is a really nice guy as well. '

'Looks like a big beautiful grassy yard in the pics but there's no yard... only a gravel parking area. Toilet is messed up with water turned off in the master bedroom/bathroom main floor. Really enjoyed our stay just wish we had room to do things outside. Awesome stay other than that!'

'The Huckleberry Cabin was very cozy and nicely decorated. It was rustic and true to its original build in the 1800’s with modern upgrades. Walking through the front door was like stepping back in time. Great place to stay to get off the grid and reconnect with nature or unplug from the computer, but also close enough to town if you need supplies. '

'We loved everything about this house! It sits on top of a hill with a huge dining window overlooking the valley and mountains in the distance, with blooming rhododendrons and a visiting hummingbird drinking from the feeder. 'We enjoyed the privacy and the property was well appointed. Some of the guidance docs were hard to follow but nothing that impacted our stay. If you’re going fishing, just walk around the gated complex of hatchery ponds to pick up the trail. It’s not obvious the first time. '

'We very much enjoyed this cabin and for July 4th weekend. It’s seclusion was somewhat suprising, literally at the end of long off the main road ride, yet still an easy drive through pines, past deer, and ending above the river. Nice river view and access. Close enough to Highway 221 for access to Fries, Galax, New River State Park, and Blue Ridge Music Center, all of which we enjoyed. '

'We LOVED this place! It was my second stay and my friends 1st stay. Everyone was blown away at how nice it was and how well appointed. The decor, the cleanliness, the shared room spaces and the bedrooms. All perfection! The wrap around porch is amazing and the view is lovely morning and night. The owner is fantastic and communication was above and beyond! '

'Our family trip to Cabin in the Blue Ridge was perfect. The cabin was large enough to accommodate our group, with beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed, even large pots and pans, plenty of baking sheets, 2 coffee pots, and two ovens, plus there's a huge table for meals, and board games.
