'The hotel was clean and has been updated. The breakfast not as good as other hotels.'

'Tv didn’t work.. maintenance and front desk girl tried to get it going, but nothing. Surely a chain of this size would have a spare tv to swap out for a defective one, but not the case here. Maintenance guy was helpful but couldn’t fix the issues. Front desk Lady was very nice and friendly, but the tv issue has me leaving a bad review, that’s on the owners of the property. Continental breakfast was poor at best, at least offer one hot protein item and a waffle maker instead of thawed eggs...

'It is located very convenient to the center of Healdsburg. The AC units are old and noisy. Realize this is an older hotel that has been updated and pretty well maintained.'

'This was a one night stay on a very long trip. This place has some issues.Homeless people wandering around the parking lot at all hours, my sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. I told the clerk and he said it would be repaired. But it was unsettling to wake up at 3:00 am and see someone looking at your motorcycle at such an hour. I would pay more and not stay here again. Nothing really happened but it was unsettling.'

'This location should be condemned. It’s falling apart. Some of our group had rooms with no hot water. Our room had so much hot water the toilet was flushing with hot water. Bathroom was leaking and moldy. I didn’t see cockroaches inside but there were so many outside. Save your money and go camping instead.'
