'Beautiful property. It is exactly as advertised with great views and hot tub. Sadly I did not see any eagles. It's a great place to be shut in if you just want relaxation. It's close to beaches and trails if you decide to get out. It was quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay. '

'Very nice place, nice location, easy walk to the river, everything worked, kitchen was well supplied, beds were comfortable, the house overall was very comfortable. Only a couple of minor issues, one of the electrical sockets had fallen out of the wall and a couple of the fans felt kind of flimsy. 'This house was so perfect! Even more beautiful than the photos. We had breakfast and dinner at the table over looking the vineyard. The pool was really warm and clean. All of the activities on property were so fun. We would definitely stay again!'

'The house and grounds were beautiful. We celebrated our youngest son's 30th birthday (6 adults). There was more than enough room for everybody; we liked the layout with 2 separate wings for bedrooms. We loved the modern design of the interior and exterior. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cancelled a big dinner out one night because we enjoyed the house so much and just wanted to prepare our own food and drink our own wine. Views were great. So peaceful. My favorite VRBO stay so far....

'The owner, Karen, made us feel so welcome like it was our own home for 4 days. The house was spotless and so much space both indoors and our for our 3 generations. 4 little ones spent their time either in the pool, out on the lawns playing ball, playing board games at the kitchen table or watching TV in the family room. 'Great location that was beautiful and quiet. The properties five bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Outdoors had amble space with a covered patio area, hot tub with deck area and a pool. We had a great time and would recommend for families or groups looking for a space far enough from other houses but close enough to Bodega Bay and Sonoma wineries.'

'No, seriously, stay in this house if for no other reason than the incredible number of birds around, especially hummingbirds! The house is clean and comfortable with a great view. You can roll your kayaks down the hill to the river, then sit in the hot tub and commune with nature. One of the best parts of the house? The house manager Tenay!
