'Tv didn’t work.. maintenance and front desk girl tried to get it going, but nothing. Surely a chain of this size would have a spare tv to swap out for a defective one, but not the case here. Maintenance guy was helpful but couldn’t fix the issues. Front desk Lady was very nice and friendly, but the tv issue has me leaving a bad review, that’s on the owners of the property. Continental breakfast was poor at best, at least offer one hot protein item and a waffle maker instead of thawed eggs...

'I’ve stayed at Surrey Resort twice now and each time has been an exceptional stay. The location is right outside of downtown and walkable so you can just leave your car parked during your stay. Parking is easy with no issue finding a spot. Check in is easy while being informative as you’re staying in a tent and not a room in typical hotel.
