'I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. 'This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. '

'Wij hebben deze vakantie woning als heel goed en netjes ervaren . Alles zag er netjes en degelijk uit. Het ontbrak er aan niets . Super naar ons zin gehad, en zeker de hond . Die heeft de tijd van zn leven gehad . Deur uit zo het strand op en het water in. Omgeving was ook mooi en heerlijk over het strand kunnen wandelen . Echt top!!! '

'Picked this place as have a little one, a year old. Makes life easier in a self contained place, rather then a hotel or bnb. Easy check in. The instructions given was very good, and clear communication. Very clean. Handy having a fridge, microwave and utensils. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Parking was good. Outside the place. It is restricted with times, 6pm to 8am allowed to park, but you have a two hour grace, so technically you could park at 4pm till 10am. Everything is near by, shopping,...
