'Heel fijn met in de buurt veel wandel mogelijkheden in het Ashdown Forrest. Niet ver daar vandaan was een mooi tuincetrum waar we veel tuingereedschap voor thuis gekocht hebben. Ook tuinen als Sissinghurst en Krijtrotsen de Seven Sisters was prima te rijden op ongeveer 1 uur vanaf het huisje. Als je van Winnie de Pooh houd is er in Hartfield op 20 min. rijden de Pooh Corner waar de schrijver zijn inspiratie had met niet ver daar vandaan de brug en woonplekken van de dieren in het verhaal.'

'A top holiday house 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the town. Parking was on the roadside, but totally easy. The check-in was very easy and flexible due to a key safe. The owner gave explicit and easy to follow instructions about everything concerning the house and garden.She was also available per phone and text to contact and friendly. 'We had a very pleasant stay at riverside cottage. It was very well equipped and tidy. The garden and view were wonderful. As it was exceptionally hot during our stay we could have done with something like a canopy. We can imagine you wouldn’t normally need one in Kent. A good inn nearby with great meals.'

'Lovely little cottage with a nice garden at a perfect spot in downtown Tenterden. Very friendly reception at arrival of owner Julia. The kitchen was beautifully updated and very well equipped incl. Nespresso coffee machine. House was spotless clean. Good and a bit firm beds and great bathroom. Good pubs and restaurants all within walking distance, e.g. The Vine, The White Lion, Montalbano, The Woolpack and for great afternoon tea and/or lunch Peggotty’s. In short: stay at Julia’s! '

'Wat een heerlijk huis in het charmante Royal Tunbridge Wells! Het ligt rustig, een beetje heuvelopwaarts en midden in het stadscentrum. Het treinstation is 10 minuten lopen, met er tegenover een supermarkt. Het huis is erg ruim, licht en voelt heel knus aan. 'We instantly felt at home in this holiday house – and so did our dogs! Everything was super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed - and much more. 'Lovely stay at the stables. They have been converted to a high standard and were very comfortable for our family with two small children. It was great that there was a stair gate in the top bedroom as there isn’t a door. Had a nice meal at the local pub and in easy reach by car of local visiting sites. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and let us wander around their lovely garden. Would recommend. '

'We stayed at Buttercup Cottage for four nights. It is located 5 mins drive from Rye town centre in a quiet, private location with allocated parking. The studio is spacious and the facilities are excellent for self-catering. We also ate twice at Layla's, a turkish restaurant, which is highly recommended. The town gets busy in the holiday season so you may need to book. The cottage also has a very helpful guide for visitors with lots of tips and advice to improve your stay. The shower extractor...
