'Property and house and location was awesome'

'Our family stayed here for a week and loved it. Tatiana was a great host, and she very graciously allowed our younger children to take a tour of her small farm, and feed/pet the animals. The owners lived close by and are there if you need them, but also give you space. The property is full of all kinds of creatures, sheep, pigs, rabbits, deer, ducks, and feels like a Peter Rabbit storybook. 'What a cute spot in damascus to stay! We enjoyed our stay and loved the location although be known it is at the top of the hill, but we liked the exercise. Loved that the grocery store was near by. We had a great time!'

'We went for a 3 day weekend to run a trail race in Grayson Highlands state park. The house was a 30 minute drive from the park. Beautiful drive to the house and the park. We enjoyed resting at the house before and after our time at the park. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was lovely and we enjoyed walking the property and sitting outside reading.'

A great view from the top deck, patio perfect for entertaining while you grill, the kids loved the spacious basement for playing on the rainy day and we even met a couple furry friends. Not too far from restaurants, coffee shops, stores and parks. Plenty to do around the area. We will definitely be back. '

'The location is perfect, the home is charming and all the extras like the hot tub and out building and fire pit add to the magic. The host was wonderful and I would recommend this place to everyone. Absolutely beautiful! '

'Made for a great getaway from the city. Very clean, easy to access and find. Deer in the backyard while you hang out at the fire pit. Owner is communicative but not overbearing. Welcome email provides a lot of really good info of the area. One of the better properties we have stayed at in NC.'
