This is our HOME, that we are sharing with guests. We provide coolers, two beach chairs, and snorkel gear for your convenience.  You can park your car a few feet away from the door for easy unloading.

We have the LARGEST 1st fl. living space in the resort (1 bedrooms) with wall to wall glass door on the 1st floor, a FIRST in the resort, with spectacular views from both floors now.

Our townhouse is located in a peaceful section that provides a front-row seat to spectacular sea views. It is just a 30-second walk to the resort's salt-water pool, offering proximity without sacrificing peace and privacy. Situated between two sets of stairs leading to the turquoise water, and close to a shady gazebo ideal for relaxation. The second-floor master bedroom suite, expanded by 40%, opens onto a balcony with an awning and breathtaking views of marine life. A custom-made desk/drawer combo is perfect for a remote office setup, equipped with fast WIFI and hard-wired internet. Upgraded features like wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, screened windows, and a new louvered kitchen entry enhance ventilation and security. The townhouse is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a large fridge with an icemaker, microwave-air fryer combo, blender, toaster, cooktop, smart TV, hot water on demand, air conditioners, ceiling fans, dining areas on the balcony and lanai, and a charcoal grill. Divers will appreciate the extra rod and equipment hangers in the first-floor bath. Linens, towels, pool/beach towels, and secure storage are provided, and a contact person is available for assistance throughout the day.
