'We had a lovely time with our family (2 adults, 6 children) for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed the premises which is completely closed-off with an electric fence, very safe for kids and dogs. We also very much enjoyed the swimming pool, which is located in the large garden. The B&B is located on the groundfloor, the owner lives on the second floor, which is directly connected to the backyard. The owner is really kind, helpful and trustworthy. 'Fabio was very accommodating for our short stay. All the information was easy to understand and check-in took only a very short time! I would definitely stay here again.'

'The villa was a great place for our family. Being outside the city and in a safe place with a beautiful pool was such a blessing. The host was communicative and friendly. The only disappointment was that there is only one a/c and it's located in the hallway so the bedrooms were very warm. Otherwise, this was a perfect, peaceful stop.'

'the landscape is wonderfull, and the house is italian style, very relaxing time we had'

'Beautiful Historic home… near great restaurants and the Vatican. A little steep to get to with luggage and our taxi would not go up the winding street. Check in was easy except hard to get into the room since the doorknob wasn’t working well. David responded quickly to any of our concerns. He gave a background on the house and recommended a great dinner place! It was pricey for one night … would have been more worth it if we had a few days there! Loved the back courtyard!'
