'The host was very welcoming. The house had everything you could need and more. The restaurants around the neighbourhood served great food at very reasonable prices. So great to stay amongst the locals. Thank you for our stay and I highly recommend for travellers who want a more authentic stay in Tokyo. '

'If you’re with friends I would recommend for a group of 4. We had 6 people and 3 slept on a futon. The place was clean but some areas had film on the walls. About a 14 minute walk to nearest station.'

'Easy check in process, and overall very clean place. Was pretty central and plenty of things to do as it’s only a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku. Very convenient if you are traveling to Japan with a larger party.'

We weren't aware that the homeowners actually lived there, but they are very nice and can communicate easily via Google translate.
