'Home is exactly as pictured. Quite neighborhood. Easy access to WDW without using busy I4. We had 5 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. Always had enough hot water too. No complaints from anyone on the mattresses, only a squeaking bunk bed frame :) . Could not hear any noises from the adjoining property. We had three vehicles and always had parking available between driveway and street. Playground area is near by. We did not use the community pool. There is a pond outside the rear...

'The house is located in a quiet area and we never had any issues with noise from the neighbors. For anyone who has trouble walking upstairs, the only full bath is on the second floor and does not have a bathtub (all disclosed by owner).'
