'Leuk hotel, vriendelijk personeel en alles goed voor elkaar. Je loopt zo het hotel uit en bent midden in het centrum en alle andere bezienswaardigheden. Een mooie 'rustige' buurt (tov de Plaza Mayor). Wij hadden het hotel ook geboekt vanwege de gratis WIFI, echter bij aankomst was dat niet zo. De mevrouw van de receptie deed daar niet moeilijk over en gaf ons de code voor het gehele verblijf. Super! WIFI gebruik was niet duidelijk vanuit Expedia. Blijkbaar was er een keuze bij het boeken van...

'A little outdated and worn, but still a fantastic five star hotel in terms of amenities, service and ambience, all very much in the old-style luxury model. A great way to pamper yourself, especially if you book their Red Level accommodation. In the Salamanca district, right next to Plaza Colón, taxi's in front of the door, footsteps away from public transport and walking distance from Retiro, El Prado and other sights. The personnel could not be more professional and helpful. Very recommendable.'

'I always stay here during my business trips due to the fact my contact have their office close by. Airport is just less than 10 minute drive and although there are not too many big shops or major restaurants close by, you are still in the midle of Madrid which means plenty of nice small cervezeria's etc. Metro stop is just 5 minute walk.'
