'Staff and overall hotel was spotless. Staff very helpful.
The only issue we had was the no guarantee of a table by the restaurant. I think that could be presented better.
Overall a lovely location to "chill out".'

'Disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were a little unwelcoming and the service was not great.
A beautiful location but this was let down by terrible parking, poor facilities and attention to detail that wasn’t there!!!!
The spa was poor with an outlook to a wall!!
The room was also disappointing with hair on my pillow and uncomfortable cheap pillows. I was very much looking forward to this stay but was very disappointed.'

'Great location, staff were very helpful. Was a nice touch that they put on a free shuttle into Salcombe. They also provided complimentary gin and ice and slice which we thought made the stay even more unique.'
