'I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were noticeable yellow stains on the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bedding was unhygienic and didn't feel clean at all. I definitely would not recommend staying here.'

'Great location with parking on street, easy and comfortable stay. Pool table was a hit with my teen boys!'

'An Absolute Gem—Warm Hospitality at Its Finest! We recently spent a wonderful weekend in Room 4, and I am writing this review specifically to highlight the incredible standards of hospitality and old-fashioned manners that made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the welcome we received from David and Janice was so warm and genuine that it felt like we were catching up with old friends. The customer service here is simply excellent. David and Janice truly cannot do enough for you,...

'If you are staying ground floor and have people above you it can be noisey, not sure much soundproofing in floor. Otherwise really good stay, staff always around and happy to help.'

'Simply superb, beautiful house lovely spacious rooms and an excellent cooked to order breakfast. Charming host and staff. 'Geen restaurant aanwezig ,toch speciaal gekookt en op kamer bezorgd. Heel on-engels .'

'The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls. While the property had been cleaned well, this is clearly a maintenance issue rather than a cleaning one. The hot tub, which was a key reason for booking, was not available on our first night. We were only told after arrival that a pump had been fitted that day and it needed time to heat overnight. This was...

'De kamer was opzich goed maar er was een enorme lekkage. De koffie, thee faciliteiten waren prima. Bedden en handdoeken waren keurig. Erg vriendelijk personeel. '

'Geen eigen wc, geen eigen douche. Geen water op de kamer. Licht kwam door de ramen. Bovenburen begonnen al om 06.00 lawaaibte maken en ook na 0.00 nog lawaai. Straat ook druk en lawaaig. Matras met plastic ertussen zorgt voor te warm bed en zweten.'
