'Friendly staff. Nice pool and a playground with a picnic area. Many breakfast options and tea/coffee in the lobby. We booked a family room that consisted of the main room and a smaller interior room with two beds for the kids. This setup worked very well for our family of 4. I wish more hotels had options like this. The laundry area was clean and easy to use. The free shuttle bus that goes to Bar Harbor and Acadia stops at the entrance of the hotel. 'Everything is so well maintained by the owners. You can tell this resort is a labor of love. The staff is very friendly and assisted with printing out our park pass. The self serve pie and ice cream was so good. Wished we would have had it all three nights. The location was great for access to the park and other sites. '

'This cabin gives you all feels and vibes of staying near a National Park and is actually just around the corner from the entrance to Acadia National Park. It is a comfy and cozy cabin hidden from the road making you feel lost in the woods. It is clean, modernized, and organized to enjoy your stay in Maine. We used the outside fire pit one evening as well. Stay here...your family will LOVE it!'

'Gorgeous little slice of paradise. The cottages are the perfect size for an intimate, nature getaway and the barn is almost three times my age but in amazing condition. The fridge with ice cream and apple pie was the cherry on top of a amazing trip.Thank you!!'

'Enjoyed my stay very much at Bay Meadow Cottages. Location was perfect as you are tucked away in a little cove, yet not far from downtown Bar Harbor, or Acadia. Enjoyed having a fire pit just outside my cottage and everything was available to create my fire to sit and relax at the end of my days. Hosts were fantastic also, always available if needed, and had some wonderful suggestions for places to eat. Will be going back next year for sure.'
