'Everything about this property was absolutely spot on. I really liked the gym and the children's area along with a really casual place to watch games or TV. The room itself had an amazing view of the lake and it was very convenient to get to Park City in about 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking. Everything was spotless. The check-in was super easy. 'The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!'

'The staff was great. There was a fire in an accesory building that caused the whole hotel to be evacuated. The staff found and checked with each group and quickly got everyone reassigned to sleep for the night. They worked hard to make sure everone was taken care of and comfortable.'
