'The service and staff were top notch, and what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The space felt very regal and fitting of the hotel name. Location was great, close to several subway lines and across the street from the beautiful Hibiya Park. I stayed in the Tower, on a high floor, and the view was lovely, though I was facing the train line so you could hear the train running during the day (not a huge issue since I wasn't in my room much during the day). 'This hotel is lease than 5 minutes walking from 筑地市场with lots of seafood and sushi stands. The market closed by 3pm so we have to go back the next day morning , they open as early as 6am. We love all the food choices we tried in the market. In the evening, we walked to shopping malls in Ginza. Super convenient location for food as well as shopping. The room size is big compare to other hotela in Tokyo. Washer and kitchen in unit is very helpful. We will stay here again next time visit Tokyo.'

'Everything was fantastic! Had everything we needed and the room was super clean and well equiped. Even had a Nespresso machine with capsules and a Dyson hairdryer. Love the sliding doors, the deep bath and the wet room too. Would stay again if I was visiting Tokyo again. Close to lots of train lines and Ginza shopping.'

'Room was excellent - clean, big bed, and quiet. Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Appreciated the snacks and drinks in the lobby. Good coffee in the morning. Close to restaurants, shopping and walking distance to sightseeing. Took the train from the airport to Tokyo central station and then a short cab ride to the hotel. Make sure you have the hotel name and location in Japanese in case you get a driver who can not read English. '
