'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Had a Riverview room. Awesome view, room very clean. Our room had a mini fridge, coffee maker and safe - no microwave. We preferred for the hotel valet parking over the parking garage across the street. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Check out is at noon. If your car is valet parked and you still have time to enjoy the Riverwalk or other san antonio sites, they will hold your luggage at the valley desk until 8:00 pm. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone that wants...

'Overall the Hotel is top notch! Very unique and elegant and the rooms are phenomenal. Oddly enough the only complaint would be in regard to the customer service, and this is not directed to the front desk, they were amazing. But in other areas of the hotel, nothing rude or detrimental, just a lack of attentiveness. 'We were pretty disappointed. We did t get adjoining room like we booked. Every single thing on property cost extra, even though the website made it seem like many things were included in the resort fee. The lagoon was SEVERELY lacking. You can’t swim because the water is super shallow and the roped off area was tiny. And the overpriced paddle board and kayaking was a joke. It’s 35 dollars per person per hour and you have a very small area to do it in and you have to wear a life jacket. The lazy...
