Strandhotels in San Antonio

'On my first day as soon as I checked in a dog was continuously barking to the point I had to report it. Same day at 3:00AM a fire alarm was blaring asking everyone to evacuate the hotel. I was on the ninth floor! When we got to the third floor the stairs were blocked and no instructions as to how to proceed, so we had to reenter the floor and use another exit. 'This hotel is simply amazing. Everything is perfect about it. 10/10 ! Thank you !'

'Check out was supposed to be at 4 pm and the room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. The lady at the reception wasn’t very helpful. Other than that, everything was fine.'

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. 'This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!'

'Nice balcony that's shared which you can't see in pics. Bed is firm but comfortable. Room is really small but just right if you using it to sleep in for 2 people. It's an older building but was very pleasant to stay in and seems to be really well insulated, the only sound you hear is if someone from the next room is going in or out their door.'

'Excellent excellency n more excellent'

'Estaba limpio todo y muy cómodo, todo cerca'

'There are plenty of amenities nearby, so you don't need to go anywhere else.'
