'Great quiet location w easy access to the beach. House is mostly updated but appeared to be under renovation on the entry/lower level. There are only two TV’s - one in master bedroom and one in family room. Lacked in outdoor furniture and the pool was clear but needed to be vacuumed. Trash from previous tenants was not removed until our 5th day there and leftover food items were left in the kitchen. Trashcan in the kitchen was a small bathroom sized container, not reasonable at all for a family...
