'Had a blast in San Clemente! Unit is very nicely decorated and you can tell there was a personal touch. The place was comfortable and we loved the front patio. The kitchen was spacious! Comfy couch to watch tv and movies. Parking spot in the driveway a huge plus. Touches of a complimentary bottle of wine and popcorn were appreciated. Everything seemed updated. 'Everything about this house is amazing all the details for comfort so impressive. The host extremely accessible and very very generous. The view is magnificent. I wish the weather had been better so that we could have enjoyed the outdoors more. It was rainy the whole week we were there. 'Overall as advertised, older property and neighborhood was expected, street parking only was a tad cumbersome at times…mainly when neighbor was having a yard sale…lol. Only real negative was the yard area in back, which is just outside the unit entry, it is some sort of run down old greenhouse or set of planters etc. which if cleaned up or removed would improve the feel of the place, particularly when sitting outside. '

'Beautiful clean home we enjoyed staying at. 10 minute walk to the beach. One thing I loved was we had absolutely NO issues with pests, which for me is a HUGE thing. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in and check out was a simple and VERY easy process. Also, if I had a question, I got a very prompt and kind response right away, which was VERY nice. This was our first time using VRBO, and that made this experience very enjoyable and pleasant for us all. Thank you!'

'GREAT location, very walkable by the pier. Pretty cute place. They even had a couple drink tickets to check out the bars connected to the hotel. However there was a mold smell when you walk in the room, with significant mold discoloring around the AC unit. It was loud at night with the bar on the rooftop until around midnight, even on the second floor. Because of that, it was a bit overpriced for the overall experience.'
