This property was in pristine condition...super clean, everything we needed had been thought of and was provided, and the welcome gift was definitely enjoyed while watching the sunset from the rooftop deck!With the beach, great restaurants, shopping very close by, and welcoming people all around this was a perfect trip for us!'

'Lovely stay with great communicationOur time at the property was lovely, and communication with the owners was one of the smoothest and most pleasant experiences I’ve had. They stayed in touch and were kind enough to accommodate a last-minute booking request , which I really appreciated.The house was exactly as listed and a good size for a couple or two friends for sure. 'Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!'

'Incredible. a little out of the way. friendly neighbors. Owner is responsive and amicable. Pictures on site are fairly accurate. Lots of frogs in the lake that did not invade our space. Had ants in the house that the owner says he will get exterminated. Want to go back again'
