'We had a great overnight stay at West Coast Surf and Stay! The place is in the old side, no outlet in the bathroom but Dave is very accommodating and lent us an extension cord. We love the friendly vibe and neighborhood feel. Lots of places to eat that you can walk to. We will stay here again!'

'I had a wonderful stay. A lot of space and my room had an awesome view of the beach and the pier. Was a quick walk to the beach and they offer beach towels and chairs for you to use. Also close to a small store and a couple of places to grab a quick bite to eat. It is a bit of an older property but it is well maintained. The staff is very friendly. I hesitate to review this too well because it’s a relatively small property and I don’t want it to sell out the next time I want to visit. '

Freida is a lovely host and gave us wonderful advice about the local restaurants and some of her own food! Breakfast was stellar. Be prepared to hear some amazing stories about Freida’s life. '

'I don't understand some of the reviews about the loud noise they hear from the bar until 3am. I barely heard anything. The train maybe a little but it never really bothered me. Staff was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Stairs are safe, but a tad strenuous for some of us older folks.
Thats why i recomend (and did myself) getting a room on the 2nd floor. View is stunning. Rooms are tad small but clean. No bugs. You are near everything plus a free trolley. Restaurant below were very...
