Onze huisdiervriendelijke schattige 1 slaapkamer ambachtsman huis met uw eigen enorme prive omheind in de achtertuin, is centraal gelegen. Gelegen tussen Hillcrest en Mission Hills, ligt onze locatie op loopafstand van talloze coffeeshops, restaurants en bars. Dit charmante huis is perfect voor koppels, solo-avonturiers, zakenreizigers, gezinnen (met kinderen), en zelfs je harige vriend! Kom genieten van het geweldige jaarrond weer dat San Diego op je wacht! Ons mooie huis heeft een slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een inloopkast. De woonkamer heeft een ruime uittrekbare slaapbank van 55 inch bij 80 inch. Er is een on-site XL Maytag wasmachine en droger gratis beschikbaar. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met gasfornuis en magnetron. Badkamer heeft een bad / douche. Wij zijn een professioneel managementbedrijf en stellen een telefoontje op prijs als u iets nodig heeft! We zijn een korte rit naar het centrum, Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, SD Zoo, SeaWorld, Midway, Coronado, en stranden. Binnen in huis is er EEN parkeervergunning voor u beschikbaar die u in uw voertuig moet tonen voordat u op straat kunt parkeren. Zonder deze vergunning wordt u met een ticket / gesleept. Volg de regels die in huis zijn geplaatst voor meer informatie of bezoek voor extra parkeren (e-mail verborgen door Airbnb)

Great stay!

We stayed at this place with another couple, so the two bedrooms were great. You can access both bedrooms through separate entrances, and there’s a jack-and-jill bathroom in between the bedrooms. The place was clean and adorably quirky. Lots of A/C units kept the house cool during our summer stay. Would visit again.

We were visiting family in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego. This little house was conveniently situated and easy to find. Spacious parking in a neighborhood where street parking is by permit only was a bonus. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious for two people and well equipped. Communication with the owner was informative and prompt.

Great Location

This home had everything we needed for a week's stay. It is an easy two minute walk to the business district, and even with the hospital located a block away, the evenings were very quiet. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The property manager, Aaron, was quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend this house.

Home away from home

The house was a cozy respite when I was in town helping to care for my ailing mom. The decor is cheerful and the furnishings and bed comfortable. The neighborhood has easy access to shops, restaurants and grocery stores and is an easy hop to Hwy 163.

Good Spot for a Short Stay

This Craftsman was adorable and great for a short visit. We were very happy staying in Hillcrest. It's a short drive to downtown, Coronado, and to coastal towns like La Jolla and Del Mar. The house is well-appointed and has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom.There were four of us, and we felt a little cramped in the space when it came to beds. The primary bedroom was great for my husband and me. My 21-year-old took the back bedroom and my 16-year-old took the pullout couch. He was frequently awakened by sirens (the hospital is close by). I think this house would be perfect for 2-3 people. Also, a note for people with small children. There is a large grate on the living/dining floor that is the main source of heat for the home. When it's on, the grate gets hot, and I'd be concerned about stepping on it with babies or toddlers.We were very happy with our stay!

12 Minutes From Everywhere

Lovely house which was literally 12 minutes from every activity we wanted to indulge in. Midway Museum, Balboa Park, SeaWorld, etc. Close to Whole Foods and Lazy Acres, making it easy to pick up food. Kitchen was well appointed. Old house, but with great charm. Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) were able to share the one bathroom easily, but could be more difficult with larger families or with friend groups. Check in was easy, check out was seamless. Some reviews mention traffic related to the hospital near by. Only one time did that come to fruition, otherwise traffic was a none issue. Overall, very happy with our decision to stay here during our extended Thanksgiving break.

Great Staycation

Clean, well decorated and awesome location. We needed a quick getaway and loved staying at this adorable place. We were able to walk to all the restaurants, which is so convenient especially because parking at Hillcrest is a challenge.

We loved the house and were very comfortable. The host was very easy to contact throughout the trip. We loved the beach chairs and toys, used the kitchen to cook several meals, and enjoyed the mornings on the porch. There is a rental house behind and the laundry is shared with them.

Overall nice place to stay for 2-3 people given 1 bathroom, Very convenient and not too noisy given that it is across from UCSD hospital and has several other medical facilities in the area, Close to the airport as well for back and forth to other destinations, Accessibility of rental agents to answer questions was prompt too.

Perfect size for a couple, location is great near nice local restaurants.walkable. The bathroom needs upgrades like the floor, shower floor looks yellow and needs attention. No electrical outlet to use the blow dryer in the bathroom or near other mirrors around the house. Overall the house it’s cute but could benefit from some needed upgrades.

3 Day Winter Trip

The house was cute and just as pictured! The place was near a hospital, so there was some noise ambulances passing, though we didn't mind. The walk to the commercial center of Hillcrest was significant but not too bad and didn't deter us. The manager was also helpful and quick to respond, would recommend for couples!
