☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor in the garage above the door. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.
☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 12 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation. 3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 4) Must be 25 years and older to book. 5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. 7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind. 8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only.
