The two full bathrooms with walk-in showers are located on the second floor by the bedrooms. These bathrooms connect or can be separated by a locked door from the master bedroom side for more privacy.

The half bathroom is located on the third floor by the living room with a sink and toilet.

For the little ones, we have a high chair, pack and play travel crib and kid friendly dinnerware/cups/eating utensils to cover all your needs!

☆ Kid-friendly: Our pack n play ensures a safe and cozy sleep environment for your little one, while our high chair makes mealtime a breeze, allowing your child to dine comfortably alongside the family. If you require any additional kid's amenities, we provide a 10% discount to rent with BabyQuip, which provides everything you need for your little one's stay.

☆ 3 Story Home: this home has three levels with stairs. The garage and front door entrance are on the first floor, the bedrooms are on the second floor and the living room and patio are on the third floor. If stairs are a challenge for your group, it may not be the best suitable option.

☆ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved noise monitor above the interior of the patio door. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying.

☆ Our thermostat is set in the range of 72-78 degrees to prevent malfunction to the system. You may set the temperature within these parameters.

☆ We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☆ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.
