SeaWorld is a 5-minute drive away, Balboa Park's San Diego Zoo is a 15-minute drive. The San Diego International Airport is only 20 minutes from your doorstep.

We just finished a great stay at this home! The house had so much space and was perfect for our family. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The location was excellent! Very easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in Pacific Beach!

Place was great! Location was awesome. Had everything we needed. Only thing is stairs are slippery. Don’t wear socks. Other than perfect spot for 9 of us.

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. The house is spotless and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the street is very quiet. The best things for us though were the outdoor patio, which was like a second living room and perfect for the kids to play. Also being walking distance to the beach and so many delicious restaurants was a huge plus. 2 large cars fit ok in the driveway and street parking is a little difficult but spots do open up. Communication with Adriana was so easy via texting. Do not hesitate to book this rental…it is fantastic!

We had our multi-generation family getaway at the Beach House & it was perfect! Great house, outdoor space, and location! We highly recommend staying here, the house is fully stocked with everything you need and was so comfortable!

Nice vacation spot

This house was great for our family vacation. It was well kept and fully stocked with everything you possibly could need. Definitely one of the better VRBOs we have stayed at.The little backyard was perfect for hanging out and it was a short walk to the beach.

The house is stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood has everything ( food, drink, groceries, BEACH) within walking distance and such a pleasant area. We loved it!

Loved this house! Perfect location to the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful house. Plenty of space. Loved the patio to hang out on at night! So many restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Beach was a 5 minute walk. Absolutely will be staying here again! The patio lights were out and the house manager, Marisa got them fixed the next day for us so we could enjoy the rest of our trip! Amazing. The only little thing I noticed that was bleh was there were spider webs all outside on the top of the roof and patio and all over the inside of the sky lights in the house. Saw a few major spiders in the house. I’m sure it’s a CA thing but I was not a fan LOL.

Family beach vacation

We used the property for a family get away to enjoy San Diego. A beautifully decorated property with plenty of space for the family to spread out- Within walking distance to the beach and other restaurants, this house fit our needs and more! This place was home away from home and we would highly recommend this house, especially for those traveling with children.

Fantastic location!

My 3 best friends and I loved staying here. A cozy place with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and we loved having the chance to stay in and cook one night. The location was fantastic! 2 blocks from the beach and so many great shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
