My wife and I spent countless hours updating it with brand new finishings and a curated collection of vintage and high end furnishings create a modern and relaxing retreat inside. The house has 4 bedrooms with an optional 5th bedroom/family room and 2 bathrooms that can sleep up to 12 people.

The home is self check-in and guests will be provided with a keyless entry code prior to arrival.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the spacious outdoor space with hot tub, BBQ grill and fire-pit. Outdoor driveway parking is available that fits 2 cars. There is no laundry on premise.

While it is our priority to ensure that our guests have an incredible 5-star experience staying with us, we are also equally committed to being great neighbors. Please read the House Rules and share them with your guests. Should you have any questions or would like clarification on anything listed, please let us know.

1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors. This is not a party home.

2. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. If there are extenuating circumstances that require an exception to these times, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee approval. We can only confirm 24 hours in advance due to other guest bookings.

3. Absolutely no smoking of anything inside the home. There will be a $200/occurrence fine for violation. No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on property.

4. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after initial warning may result in your removal from the property with no refund.

5. PET POLICY: We LOVE pets but no cats or dogs allowed please!

6. No glass is permitted in the hot tub.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

8. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

9. This property has video surveillance in exterior areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests.

10. Decorations that use tape, glitter or small particles like confetti is not allowed unless approved by us because tape will damage the paint/wall paper. Glitter or small particles like confetti will take our housekeepers significantly more time to clean and additional costs incurred will be passed onto you.

11. This may sound obvious, but no stepping on the linens. Please keep them on the beds and closet shelves and avoid placing them on the floor.

12. Please do not block our neighbor's driveways or double park for more than 2 minutes. We would like to be good neighbors as some of our neighbors have been living here for 20+ years!

13. This is a shoe-less home Please use the house slippers provided inside the entryway shoe cabinet. Please use your own shoes for the backyard areas. Shoe prints and stains on the carpets will require carpet cleaning and may incur additional charges from our housekeepers which will be passed onto you.
