The master suite includes a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a standing shower. The second and third bedrooms each offer a cozy queen bed and a ceiling fan, creating a relaxing retreat for a restful night’s sleep.

The home features two full bathrooms, both stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite with a standing shower, while the second full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
☀ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☀
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including a coffee maker (with coffee, creamer, and sugar provided), stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and all the basic cooking essentials.
The living room features a cozy L-shaped couch, Apple TV for entertainment, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a dining table that seats six. Perfect for meals or game nights.
☀ OUTSIDE SPACE ☀
Enjoy and unwind on the private patio, complete with a BBQ grill and a picnic table with seating for six. It’s the perfect spot for outdoor dining and enjoying the fresh air.
Other Things To Note:
☀ The property is located under a flight path. While most guests aren’t affected, those sensitive to noise should be aware.
☀ Backyard construction is scheduled to begin in January 2025 and is expected to be completed by mid to late 2025. There may be occasional noise, but we block the calendar during the loudest phases to minimize disruption. During this time, the driveway may be unavailable; however, ample free street parking is always available nearby.
☀ Please note, there is now a large structure in the backyard of this home, so this photo does not accurately reflect the state of the current property
✖ Pet Policy (No Pets Allowed)
• No pets are permitted at this property
• Applies to cats, dogs, and all other animals
• This policy protects guests with allergies and helps maintain the condition of our furnishings
• Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property

• The primary guest who makes the reservation must be physically present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
