Guest Access:
The entire property, including the guest house, backyard pool oasis, hot tub, Zen garden with fruit trees, garage gym, laundry facilities, driveway, and front yard are exclusively yours to enjoy! You'll have complete privacy throughout your stay.

Please note: That the guest house does not have a bathroom or sink.

Interaction with Guests:
our privacy is important to us, and we offer a seamless self-check-in experience. You'll receive your keypad entry codes and check-in instructions 48 hours before your arrival. Should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, we're available 24/7 via phone or the app to help!

Other details to note:
We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150 per day Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Spa heating is always complimentary :)

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs and covers the deep cleaning measures we take after check-out.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 11 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.

Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
