'This apartment offered two large spacious bedrooms and newly renovated full bathrooms. The full kitchen and in-apartment washer and dryer were convenient amenities. I appreciated that the host stocked the apartment with all the toiletries and cleaners a guest could need. There was a covered parking spot under the unit and the location had some cute, independent coffee shops within a short walking distance. 'The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here.'

'I booked knowing I was getting a good rate for being a new listing. I was overall satisfied with my stay. Owner is friendly and communicative. However, the property still needs some basic amenities (such as forks) and has overstock of others (full set of steak knives). Not sure if the heaters are working and this did impact some comfortability. The place is easy to access.'
