'We are visiting San Jose from Los Angeles and this house was very charming, cozy, and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures posted. The host was great and the back yard was cute and pet friendly. '

'The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.'

The host was very unresponsive and I had to get VRBO involved after I was unable to get into the property for 24 hours and multiple messages to the host. The location is poor, the street is very narrow and parking is non-existent. I would not recommend this host or property'
