'We had a great stay at Paula's place. The location could not be beat - could hear the ocean from our open windows! And also walk to neighborhood restaurants, local market, and great coffee. Would I call it "first class accommodations"? Not exactly. Upholstered furniture is a little worn, mattresses & linens were not the most comfortable, at least one bedroom lacked a/c, etc. But it was a really good value for the money, Paula was a communicative and kind host, and I would book again.'

'Casa de Kona is such an incredible place to stay! The entire property was immaculate when we showed up, there was ample room for our large group, and all the places to spend time outside made for a really fun weekend. Mike and Debby were very responsive and accommodating, and you can tell they truly care about the experience their guests have. The location was really convenient to beaches and restaurants as well. We all loved our stay here, and would highly recommend Casa de Kona!'

'So this place is 5 stories- kinda hard to tell from pics but there is 2 kicker floors, 4 floors with sleeping areas, and a ton of bathrooms!We enjoyed the outdoor area, spa and of course the steps down to the beach!'

The property manager Cheryl was very helpful. Washing machine was not working and she ensured we had an alternate way to have laundry done. '

'Home is just as described, beautiful decor, newer construction and met all the needs of our family for a long Labor Day Birthday weekend.
