'Place is clean and they clean the common area every time someone checks out, which given the nature of this listing (private rooms in shared apartment) can be daily / every two days. Very convenient location with great public transport connections, restaurants around and supermarket literally next door. Great for few days. The main entrance of a building can sometimes be jammed and you need to wrestle with it to get it open. The key simply won’t turn until you hit some sweet spot or...

'位置便利，交通方便，设施齐全！'

'Excellent place. Clean. All the amenities. We were 3 and stayed very comfortable. Supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Close to downtown Madrid. Used Uber and taxis.'

'Aardig behulpzaam personeel!! Erg lekker geslapen'

'This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. Apartment has a shop on the corner of block which sells...

'The apartment was perfect for a family and everything was provided! We had a change to the length of stay at short notice and it was very easy to communicate with the host, and it was all handled really smoothly! Thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay!'

'Leuk en proper verblijf met groot terras, alleen de buurt is niet zo fijn om tijdens de avond rond te lopen. Metro op 300m is ook een pluspunt. Alleen jammer dat we de laatste nacht het zonder stroom moesten doen door een panne in de straat maar daar kunnen ze bij het verblijf weinig aan doen.'

'Do NOT be fooled by the A/C listed in the amenities, it is completely useless to you as a guest. The apartment uses a centralized system controlled entirely by building management, meaning you have zero ability to adjust it yourself. When we arrived, the temperature inside was a sweltering 28°C (84°F) with the HEATING on. In the middle of summer. We had no way to turn on the A/C, no way to cool the space down, and when I complained, the host offered absolutely no solution whatsoever. This is...

'Heel goede locatie, midden van Madrid. Communicatie en flexibiliteit voor check in was ook geweldig. Appartament is heel schoon. '

'Beautiful swimming pool on the third floor, the staff is always ready to help. We had a very nice time and we will be back'

'The location is incredible, right in the heart of the city. The property was very clean, my room was spacious, the 1st bathroom was large, and the cleaning lady was very kind. However, shampoo was not provided. Laundry fees are not clearly disclosed on Expedia: €10 per load for a very small washing machine and €5 for a dryer that barely dries clothes. Communication was poor, with different people contacting guests daily and most being unresponsive. The keys were unreliable, especially the main...
