'The house is amazing. The view all aroud is so much more beautiful than captured in pictures. Great place right in the middle of wineyards and olivetrees. It was perfectly clean and has everything you need and many more. We have had awesome nights baking pizza and playing pool. The location of the villa is ideal nearby Florence and Lucca. The owners are very kind and help you wherever they can. The wine and olive oil they had for us tasted also very good. We would definitely recommend this...

'We were celebrating with our family the 45 years of marriage of my parents. The house and facilities were clean and great. The view, the pool, pizza oven and garden were our favorites. We have visited Lucca and Collodi during this week. As this house is in the wine area of Tuscany we visit one of these wine houses. 'I can’t begin to describe how amazing this trip was. Cate was the most amazing host. She arranged so many events, dinners, transportation that made our trip seamless. Her sister was also very helpful. We did pizza making, florentine steak dinner, and pasta making which were all great. Valentina was our guide for pasta and pizza. The villa was perfect for our group of eight.'

Great location that is both private for chill time (very spacious and relaxing yard, fantastic pool) and proximate to Lucca, wine tasting and other site seeing. 'We spent 12 days in this lovely place. First of all the warm welcome of our hosts, Beatrice and Stefano, was so nice after our long trip by car. The house was very clean and it was nicely chilled inside due to the airco. There were bottles of homemade red wine and olive oil, cookies, as well as a bottle of white wine and refreshments in the fridge. So nice! Further the really stunning views outside on the historic city of Pistoia and the beautiful surrounding green hills makes this place...

'Our stay was amazing. The location was beautiful and easy for us to explore the surrounding area with ease. The house was beautiful, very clean and our host was most gracious. Upon arrival we had made a passing comment on how beautiful the patio terrace was and how a fire pit would be a nice touch so that we could enjoy it longer into the cool night. After the dinner our host organized for us at a local restaurant we returned to having a fire pit and wood on the patio. They went above and beyond...

'I knew instantly when I saw the listing for this Villa that it stood apart from the others! In person though it is even more beautiful! The owner is a decorator and his home is like a showroom for his talent and taste. We even visited his design shop where we loved things everywhere we looked. He( Giovanni) is very nice and even brought us breakfast one morning! To talk about our magical stay I must talk about the manager, Martina! From her beautiful welcoming smile to her unbelievable...

'Het is een prachtig, goed onderhouden, ruim huis met alle voorzieningen en een beschutte tuin en het was een heerlijke plek om Toscane te ontdekken. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en uitgebreide uitleg. Er was later een probleempje met een airco en dat werd na melding via whatsapp onmiddellijk opgepakt en verholpen.'

'De aankomst was heel relaxed. Geen gezeur over tijden, het huis was vrij dus wij waren welkom. En wat een gastvrij welkom. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het huis is heel compleet en het buitenverblijf is fantastisch. Heerlijk zwemmen en grillen. In de omgeving fijne restaurantjes. Ook daar word je door de eigenaar over geïnformeerd. Kortom mooi huis in een fijne omgeving, centraal Toscane.'

'Wanneer je van rust, natuur en eenvoud houdt is dit een prachtige plek! Oude boerderij met een heerlijk groot zwembad, prima slaapkamers en badkamers. Niet nieuw, wel prima! Silvia is een ontzettende aardige lieve hostess. Doet er álles aan om het je als gast naar je zin te maken! Beter kan je het niet treffen. Locatie ligt wel op afstand van dorpjes, winkels etc. Auto is nodig ook om het huis te kunnen bereiken (pittig heuveltje...)'

'Propriété située au calme avec une très belle vue, proche également de Lucca et d’un supermarché. Cependant, la maison comporte très peu d’équipement pour la cuisine …pas de batteur par exemple. Et aucun ingrédient de base : sel, poivre, huile d’olive… les chambres sont de qualité très différentes, le confort de la dernière laissant à désirer, la maison est plus adéquate pour 6 personnes qu’un nombre plus élevé. Très beau jardin fleuri et bien entretenu, et piscine superbe.'

'We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze accommodatie. Het was heel ruim, de bedden waren fijn, alles was netjes en de keuken was uitgerust met meer dan genoeg van alles. De grote tuin met zwembad is perfect om in te ontspannen wanneer de zon schijnt. Verder ligt het op prima afstand van leuke plekken zoals Lucca en Montecarlo. Communicatie met de gastvrouw ging heel gemakkelijk en zij kon ons tips geven over de omgeving en heeft een maaltijd voorbereid voor onze avond van check-in. We zouden...

'Altipertoli is a lovely and rustic country villa located in a good spot to use as a home base for touring Tuscany! It was closed to get to Florence, Sienna, San G., Certaldo, Pisa & wineries from this location! But remember, Tuscany is filled with winding roads and sharp curves, so this is not for someone who wants to be “in town.” You must drive a rental car from here or hire a driver to get around. And there are quite a few steps and a walk to get from the car to the front door so be aware of...

'Heerlijk rustige locatie. Schitterend weids uitzicht. Weg er naar toe is behoorlijk hobbelig maar te doen. Alles aanwezig in het huis, echter de keuken en woonkamer zijn aan de kleine kant. En advertentie is niet duidelijk dat het om een 2-onder-1 kap woning gaat, dus je kunt directe buren hebben.'

'Our time in Tuscany was absolutely wonderful, Franco was such a great host, he had a snack and a beverage waiting for us and it was a pleasure to visit with him. The Villa was so wonderful and we all had a hard time leaving, the adorable little annex was my favourite. We had 4 couples and we each had our own little spaces with our own bathrooms.
