'Genieten'

'To begin with, we had no idea how to get into our condo. Apparatently, we were supposed to be notified one week prior. Therefore, I had to call the company in order to get the information as there is no front desk. The view is amazing. The property s clean. You have to pay to wash your towels. The shower curtain rod needs to be replaced. It fell multiple times throghout our stay.'

'There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! '

'I love staying at the Ala Moana Hotel for its cleanliness, convenience and wonderful customer service. This stay was a little different because I was occupying a room at the hotel, but the room itself is managed by a separate entity. Normally, I stay in a room that is managed by the hotel property. Check in was the same, valet was the same, utilizing the restaurants and shops were the same, convenient location was the same. However, what visitors need to know are the differences. 'Ruim appartement. Perfecte locatie. Prachtig uitzicht. Tegen betaling (dure) parkeerplek in garage. Rondom complex gratis parkeren, maar vraagt wel geduld en geluk.'

'The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. The balcony was going to be closed, but plans changed and she was able to get the outside furniture put back out side right away after we checked in. 'Waikikiに中心部に近いため便利ですがせっかくのキッチン付きが鍋、フライパンが小さすぎて何も料理することが出来なかった。 ベッドカバー枕カバーは、清潔に見えるが半乾きのままベッドメイキングしてあり半乾き臭で寝るのが苦痛でしたので翌日、タオルシーツ等々すべて洗濯をやり直しました。 ビルの工事のインフォメーションが無かったので部屋に毎日コンクリートの削りカスが入って来ていましたので砂埃に悩まされた。 三週間の滞在でプールが使用出来たのは、外壁工事の為たったの６日間しか利用出来ず工事がありプール使用不可のインフォメーションがあれば宿泊しなかった。 何故か騙されて宿泊した気分になりハワイ旅行は、不快な旅になりました。 まだまだ他にも記載したいことがありますがこの部屋は、絶対にお薦めいたしません。'
