'The shower head is held together with electrical tape. The inside of the bathroom door looks like someone tried to house a tiger in the bathroom during their last stay. The bathroom door was almost impossible to open from inside the bathroom. The TV reception was poor and fuzzy. Finally, the room smelled like stale cigar smoke. '

This is unacceptable we have not felt safe in any capacity since then… We paid 7 full days for an unsafe environment. During the night was always noisy in the hall and the room service would not always...

I even noticed the drapes had been changed out for a lighter shade, which really helped the brighten the space that could be considered somewhat dark. The air is still not working great.
