'Vail Haus was exceptionally clean and well maintained! The kitchen is very well equipped which made meal preparation a breeze. Also, the condo was well equipped with fans, space heaters, and humidifiers and other convenient amenities. Location was great and ski buses were timely and convenient. The host was exceptionally responsive, generous and helpful. A+ to the host/owner!'

'Hotel was very run down for a “4 star rating”. The shower sliding door wouldn’t close so it kept sliding open during my shower. The shower products were not refilled and overall it just looked like it needed a good clean and update. The staff weren’t very friendly and no one was at the desk when we arrived. Wouldn’t stay here again.'
