'Good and kind staff and cleaning. Noisy rooms: you can hear people from other rooms talking and there is lots of noise from outside (we had a balcony room). In the middle of the center so very easy to walk everywhere. I think 24/7 reception but we were there during Fallas so not sure.'

'The hotel was very clean. Every day the room was checked twice, with cleaning in the morning/early afternoon. And in the evening a check with chocolate or something else as a “surprise”. We had a little complaint and that was handled very swift and very professionally, super. Very good hotel where we would go again. You have green choices and what we kiked very much was a water consumption measurement in the bathroom mirror. '
