'We stayed in late September and it was getting quite cold at night - we asked if they could turn the heat on and they never did. It was in the 30s F and we were all very cold. We also were happy there was laundry but it was too cold outside and inside for the laundry to dry and the towel warmers wouldn't work either. There was no soap, no extra TP, and no garbage bags.
