'I got a skin infection from something causing dermatitis on my face. Everything was fine except rude staff when trying to fix the bill. I was charged twice and they fixed it. Then while checking my bank account I notice they charged me again 4 days later. I have no intention of dealing with this resort again after my money is put back into my account! Customer beware!'

'Beach view was amazing! Staff were great and helpful! Room was clean & beds were comfortable! Shower could of had better water pressure but that is my only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel had everything there on site. The pizza in the restaurant was very tasty! I liked having an indoor and an outdoor pool and the ping pong table in the pool room. They also had outdoor jenga and connect four for the kids to play. There is beach access on site as well so we didn't need to leave much. Would...

'The Gulf view was absolutely amazing, however the rooms need to be updated. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and a ton of children in the hot tub. I'd say this place is better suited for families than couples. Our AC was extremely loud and our cards didn't work when attempting to enter the 2nd building. Which isn't a huge deal but definitely an inconvenience. '
