'We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Our room was not cleaned at any point during our stay. The cleaning staff stopped one door before ours on day two. I called the front desk and they said the cleaning staff was extremely busy and they would add us to the list for the evening and send someone up, yet no one ever showed. On day three they came into the room, picked up the trash I put by the door, collected the dirty towels I put by the door, and dropped off clean towels without cleaning the room,...

'This property is trying very hard to be good. It's just a little outdated. Pool was nice. They charge for parking and you have to pay for beach chairs. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The staff were nice but we didn't have much interaction with the.. no need.'

'The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed.
