'Fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel, zeer aangenaam en niet slecht gelegen, een beetje verder weg van de stad maar dat wordt ruimschoots gecompenseerd door het op regelmatige basis aangeboden hotelbusje naar het stadscentrum ! 'Tuve una gran experiencia durante mi estancia. Por lo visto, el hotel es operado por una familia que, además de atentos, son comprensivos y empáticos. La limpieza es algo a destacar, al grado que preferí descalzarme dentro de la habitación; en la cual me fue posible DESCANSAR, hacer ejercicio y un poco de yoga, además de meditar (a ese grado de tranquilidad). 'First thing I notice when I walked in was the smell, they had the floors so clean and mopped every area was well taken care of. Lobby hosts were very friendly and helpful the best mercados are just steps away; I will definitely go back to Hotel trébol and stay longer. '

'The property itself and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. There is a nice breakfast included and the location is excellent, just a block from the main plaza. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. The only bad experience I had was i did not have hot water in my room and although i was told they would fix it, in a 3 day stay, they never did. Overall, a good pick for downtown Oaxaca. '

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
