'My wife and i stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Our goal was to be in the center and walking distance to many great places and restaurants in Oaxaca Centro. I have to say, that we were so happy with this hotel. It is perfect located. 2 minutes from the main plaza (zocalo), 3 minutes from the mercados, and walking distance from many great restaurants. You step out of the door and you are in the middle of the action. But i have to say the rooms are super quiet. The hotel staff is super friendly...

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
