'The main inn is charming. The bunkhouse is a different story, and the gap between the two is wide enough that I felt misled by the photos used to sell the property. The room is tiny. Just know a king bed takes up almost all of the floor space, and the only other furniture are small nightstands, a luggage rack, a folding chair, and a closet with a curtain instead of a door. There is no room to unpack or move around comfortably. The dark green paint and trim look moody in photos, but in person...

'It was perfect for what I needed it for. Very close to downtown (not walkable) and easy to get to neighboring towns. Beds are comfy and the room was clean. Friendly staff. Room smelled a little musty from humidity but that’s expected in an old motel. I would definitely stay again.'

'Cool place, nice atmosphere short walk to the center of Highlands reasonably priced comfortable rooms and quiet'

'Very nice and relaxing stay'

'super friendly couple run this b and b. it was really relaxing. the property could use a little paint and refresh but the room and bath were large and clean. it's eclectic and laid back, right next to a waterfall. the owners grind their own wheat and incorporate this into a delicious gourmet breakfast.'

'Cabin was very quite and peaceful, in private setting. Very clean and had everything we needed. Stacy was great to communicate with. Would stay again.'

'Love the rocking chairs outside the room.'
