'The stay was over all pleasant (8 out of 10), although we had complications with the amount of beds reserved for us; we were a party of six and the apartment was prepared for five. There's a really nice gym on the ground floor with all sort of group lessons like yoga, pilates, etc... Please keep in mind that these apartments are not direct to the beach but one block away. One huge tip: when making reservations through booking sites, although you've set the search filter, do check the details...

'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. 'Hotel posada Mariposa is een echte aanrader. Centraal gelegen voor winkels en restaurantjes. Het strand is een kleine 10 minuten lopen dus prima. 'This place is brand new, only 4 months old since it opened. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you by answering your questions or by simply confirming a taxi when needed.
