'Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight: beautiful water and natural sandbars that we absolutely loved. The hotel itself was in decent condition, though some areas could use a bit of a refresh. The overall vibe felt very family-oriented, which is great depending on what you’re looking for. We did wish the pools were a bit deeper for swimming and that there was a swim-up bar. On a positive note, the food was very good with plenty of options to choose...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

'They only have sheets in the bed and are not very clean sheets. One towel per person. No phone in yhe room. The only thing worth it, is the food and drinks, both were excellent. Micaela in reception was great. Also the personnel in yhe restaurants. Its definitely a 2 starts hotel. '
