'Sunscape is a beautiful hotel with an outstanding staff The food was good, especially the breakfast buffet at Ventanas and the Italian themed restaurant. The day and night entertainment was really fun, far better than we expected. I would say the only suggestion would be to improve the activities for tween kids. My 10 and 12 year old boys were too young for the teen club, but way too old for the kids club. They fell into a bit of a gap. They had a great time finding and playing with kids...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'We stayed for 12 days . The room was clean basic , confusing as to when housekeeping would come and clean. Sometimes at 7-8 pm. We loved the pool option and chilled there pretty much every day- would have loved a more attentive/interactive staff (bar one lovely lady and the bartender with the glasses ) that would come to the loungers and ask if you wanted a drink/ needed another drink rather than making you go to the bar all the time - took away from that “being on holiday feeling.” The staff...
