'If you get the ocean view and you're just looking for the ocean view in Cancun you can't get better bang for your buck. We stayed there for one night and the view was worth it! That said, this is a no frills hotel with nothing else available. The room is minimalistic and I like that about the room as it puts you back in a different era of what Cancun look like before the big resorts came in. The hotel pool is fun and welcoming and the beachfront with the waves is as fun as it gets going...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Beautiful hotel, even better than the photos, and super friendly staff. We have stayed here for 9 consecutive nights and just planned day trips all over Quintana Roo. From Cancun to Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We managed to stay away from most tourist traps and have took advice from locals, and so we ended up at lesser known but beautiful cenotes and even a fair/ rodeo. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'
