'Staff was very friendly, attentive, warm, helpful and welcoming. Room was good, shower wasn’t the best drainage wise, besides that it was great. Room had a beautiful view. Pool was cleanly, lounge area was decently kept. Food was superb, I was pleasantly surprised that just about everything was delicious. This is a wonderful resort to unplug and reset. 'This property is amazing. I’ve been to other resorts and nothing can be compared to this specific resort. It’s one of the best ones. I’ve come across friendly to adults teenagers kids, and families and babies. I am definitely looking out for another opportunity to come back to this location. It is on my list to come back in the future and make more memories. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time, for amazing food, and for great drinks.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. 'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'

'We had a deluxe suite with pool/oceanview. At the pool a dj plays very loud music until 10 at night, which is very annoying if you’re looking to take a nap or relax in the room during the day. Sadly this room was also more expensive because of the view. We ordered a caesar’s salad which was delivered with chicken, and a another salad missing a key ingredient. The room itself was very nice, comfortable bed, although no door for the toilet and the water in the shower didn’t get that hot.'
