We loved the pool option and chilled there pretty much every day- would have loved a more attentive/interactive staff (bar one lovely lady and the bartender with the glasses ) that would come to the loungers and ask if you wanted a drink/ needed another drink rather than making you go to the bar all the time - took away from that “being on holiday feeling.” The staff...

'The staff was awesome...rooms were great. The food was great as well. The beach area was gorgeous. The pools were a little on the small size, but ok. The only recommendation I would make is to have an adults only pool. There is a beautiful kids area which has a pool and waterslides, however it was mostly empty as all of the kids were in the other two pools. '

'Beautiful location with wonderful staff who are always happy to help. There were a few areas of the property that needed some maintained better, and the beach should be far more accessible to those with mobility issues who cannot handle stairs. We were unable to visit one of the restaurants because of that issue. Food could use a lot of help. The only two places with food that actually tasted good was the sports bar and the hibachi location. Buffet breakfast was also amazing. '
