'Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again. The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!'

'Breakfast was great, staff all throughout the property were so kind and accommodating. Bathroom could've been a little bit cleaner but overall a great stay. Was hoping to have access to dining at Marriott Cancun next door and was not able, that should be changed. As the two are next two each other. '

'The rooms were always cleaned every day. Sometimes they would come twice a day if they could. The staff at the hotel and outside were very sweet and helpful! Loved that the beach was right there and all the amenities they had to offer! Would definitely visit again! '

I had to get into it like five times and everytime they were happy and friendly to get it out again for me ❤️ You get a massive locker for personal items. 'If you wanted to sit by the pool, you had to be out at 7:30 in the morning to mark your chair with the flags provided to you by the facility. Trying to get beach chairs and poolside chairs was very difficult. People would mark the chairs at 7:30 in the morning and wouldn’t even come use them till afternoon. '
